Inflight Internet- A step forward in customer service

Accessing Internet onboard flight for first time- courtesy Delta Gogo -Inflight wifi free service makes life so easy. I heard American airlines  also provides the service while United does not. Definitely a strong differentiator among me too airlines. This must a big puller of high paying business travellers -  a must for keepig the airlines profitable.
